From the creation of our Company I have decided to set up an organization that will
provide Quality, risk prevention and   Surrounding management. For this reason I have
connected the HQSE cell with the general management to be informed permanently about
difficulties or problems encountered in   applying this policy. Our main objective is to
maintain a Zero accident policy. We have to obtain the same result on the business we
manage. For this reason we have to concentrate our efforts on convince, or comfort this
approach with the enterprises that step into our realization they have to develop the
necessary means they will systematically   tend to obtain this result. I will rely your high
technicity and your professionalism to help us fulfil this commitment. Rest assured that I
will do everything possible with the same future prospect in training scope as in
purchase equipments and support all of you to satisfy   your demand   close to our
subcontactors as our customers.

We are a services Company we will be considered by our customers if we are able to
assume satisfactions services including quality and safety in the work organization during
its realization and until our report delivery at the end of the work. I wish to concretize this
will by asking all of you to concentrate your efforts on two points: First point improvement
of safety results. Second point technical and commercial success for our Company. Our
safety objective is to maintain a Zero accident policy. Safety is inherent to quality they are
one thing, our approach to quality insurance and our applying for MASE certification will
not be possible without a team effort. Hereby assure you that I will develop safety policy
by producing organized actions to reach our objective. Everyone has to participate in
this policy so that we will succeed as soon as possible in reducing the causes of accident
and in improving our job engineering.

Everyone must be able to do is job with adequate safety. All this of course while respecting
if our customers missions. I delegate to the HSEQ coordinator the mission to organize, to
look after and to follow the policy setting. All of you have to participate actively while
respect the spirit and the orders given. Hereby assure you I will do everything I can
particularly training to reach the objectives. I shall supervise this policy application and
comment the results at regular intervals.
